Shunting diesel locomotive TGM4B with hydraulic transmission is designed to perform shunting and clean-up works at railway stations and industrial enterprises.
The diesel locomotive is equipped with a 6DM-21L diesel motor (designation according to GOST - 6CHN21/21), a four-stroke six-cylinder, with a V-shaped arrangement of cylinders (manufactured by Ural Diesel Motor Plant LLC, Ekaterinburg).

Machine room body has double-leaf doors, hatches and removable roof elements, providing easy access to units during maintenance, repair and dismantling.
