Rail grinder RShP-48К is designed to restore the shape of the rail heads, removing wave-like irregularities and the defective metal layer on the working surfaces of the P50, P65, P75 rail heads with any joints of 1,520 track gauge. The train consists of four sections, interconnected by clearance-free articulated joints: one traction and energy section TES-1000 and three grinding sections.
